1 · The service
CreteBase provides software for commercial concrete-flooring contractors to process opportunities, screen documents, build quotes, manage bids and jobs, and review purchasing. The product is pre-revenue and offered during a founder-led design-partner phase; features and availability may change.
2 · Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, bids, and decisions your team saves and submits. CreteBase prepares and structures work; you review and approve it. AI-assisted outputs are drafts for human review, not final professional determinations.
3 · No guarantee of outcomes
CreteBase does not guarantee bid wins, quantity accuracy, or specific time savings. Scope screening is AI-assisted; it does not replace a qualified estimator’s takeoff and judgment.
4 · Related-party disclosure
CreteBase is developed by its founder, who also operates Advance Industrial Coatings (AIC), a separate contracting company and CreteBase’s internal design partner. Internal deployment metrics attributed to AIC are labeled as such.
