1 · What we process
CreteBase processes the documents and data you provide to run the product: ITB emails, construction plans and specifications, product data sheets, invoices and receipts, and the quotes, projects, and records you create. We also collect basic account and usage information to operate and improve the service.
2 · AI & model providers
Document screening, PDS ingestion, and quote drafting rely on third-party AI model providers that process the relevant documents to produce structured results. We will name those providers here, and we do not permit your private documents to train shared public models. Human review governs consequential outputs.
3 · How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service to you and your organization, to keep source documents linked to structured records, and to maintain auditable processing logs. Approved actual costs may inform your own future estimates. We do not sell your data.
4 · Data isolation
Multi-tenant isolation for external customers is in progress and will be documented before broad external launch. During the design-partner phase, data handling arrangements are agreed directly with each partner.
5 · Deletion & export
You can request export or deletion of your documents and records at any time by emailing contact@cretebase.com.
6 · Trademarks
Manufacturer names and product/PDS references (including Sherwin-Williams and others) are the property of their respective owners. A structured product/PDS library does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
