Overview

CreteBase helps contractors create and manage project quotes, documents, and client records. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use CreteBase, including when you connect Google Drive through OAuth.

Information We Collect

  • Account data such as your name, email address, and organization details.
  • Project and quote data you create, including customer contact details and files you upload.
  • Authentication data stored in your browser (for example, an access token in local storage) to keep you signed in.
  • Google Drive OAuth tokens when you connect Drive. We store refresh tokens encrypted and use them to obtain short-lived access tokens.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the CreteBase platform, including quote generation and file storage.
  • Upload files to Google Drive when you enable the integration and select a destination folder.
  • Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

Google API Services

CreteBase uses the Google Drive API to create folders and upload documents to your Google Drive at your direction. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in Settings, which revokes the refresh token stored for your account.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (for example, hosting or storage providers) or when we must comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted and access tokens are short-lived.

  • Update or correct your account information from within the app.
  • Disconnect Google Drive at any time in Settings.
  • Request access or deletion by contacting us.
