Tony Guan, Ph.D., P.E., founded Advance Industrial Coatings in 2012 and has spent fourteen years estimating, selling, and delivering resinous/coating systems, polished concrete, decorative and sealed concrete, preparation, repair, and related commercial concrete-flooring projects. He built CreteBase from the workflows his own company uses every day.
That means the product speaks in coating systems, work steps, spread rates, and cure windows — not generic line items — and it treats the estimator’s judgment as the thing to protect, not replace.
